Life is an ongoing journey, full of chances to seek the exceptional and see the world as it is.
Our houses are made for that way of seeing. Both are small by design, built from glass, steel and solid wood, and placed where the landscape speaks for itself. Inside is everything a day needs, and nothing more.
Stay
Our Signature houses stand on the Estonian coast. Wake with the sea in front of the glass, light the fire at dusk, let the day be slow. You book directly with us, with no platform fees.
Own
Both houses are produced as complete modules in Estonia. Choose the facade, the glass and the finish. We take care of design and production, and talk you through the rest.
Partnership
Bring us land with a view, add distinctive rooms to an existing destination, or develop a small resort with us. Every proposal is read and answered personally.
Two houses
Etnika Signature
A single glass volume on a steel frame. Kitchen-living, bedroom and bathroom, with the landscape as the long walls.
Etnika Zen
A year-round cabin in solid cross-laminated timber. One room, one panoramic wall, a stove, and a bathroom with its own view.
After dark
After sunset the glass goes the other way. The house becomes a lantern and the land a dark room around it. Light the fire, slide the wall open a hand's width, and listen.
